How do I switch from water to anti freeze?

I have been using a corolla for 4years now and just recently had a problem so the engine had to be removed for repairs. I used to use anti freeze but after the repairs, the mechanic put water in the tank instead of the anti freeze. Now how do I switch from water back to the anti freeze? Your help is really appreciated and thanks in advance.

Probably the best way is to let the water out the drain that you should find somewhere at the bottom of the radiator either on the inside side or the actual bottom. It should be easy to screw out the plug, and have a bucket ready.
Let it drain, put plug back and introduced antifreeze/water 50/50 mix.
